Growing up in Portland, Oregon, I always knew I’d end up as a writer.
Reading since age 2, I began writing poems about my stuffed animals about two years later. Then came MTV, elementary school, middle school, high school, journalism school, and nomadic impulses that took me from Washington, DC to Columbia, Missouri to Mesa, Arizona to where I finally landed, here in Seattle. Since then I’ve written fashion, beauty, music, film, art, education, finance, tech, healthcare and just about everything else under the sun.
